Waukesha Electric Systems is the largest U.S. manufacturer of power transformers (in the range of 10 MVA to 200 MVA, 345kV). In addition, the Waukesha Service group possesses the equipment, experience and capabilities to offer complete transformer service solutions including spare transformer fleet management; transformer installation, maintenance, relocation and testing; transformer oil processing, dryouts and retrofills; equipment regasketing; load tap changer field retrofits, repairs and refurbishments; and MV and LV circuit breaker services.

Its components division, High Voltage Supply, offers transformer, LTC and breaker components including a line of Transformer Health Products as well as training and reverse-engineering capabilities.
