Product Review

Lay-in Transformer Connectors
UTILCO’s USGEL-750 series of lay-in transformer connectors are now available in an extended length tang version. These connectors feature easy lay-in installation of aluminum or copper conductors. Benefits of the lay-in design are a faster and safer cable connection resulting from reduced cable manipulation during installation. The extended tang provides the end user with the flexibility of mounting connectors back to back, offsetting the work area for ease of installation.

Fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy to ensure strength and conductivity, the new series is clear plated for low-contact resistance. The single-piece design is engineered for better heat dissipation, is fully tested to ANSI C119.4 and is range taking.
