Burns & McDonnell Claims No. 1 Spot in Annual Ranking of T&D Engineering Firms
Burns & McDonnell has moved into the top spot for transmission and distribution engineering services in the annual rankings issue of Engineering News-Record magazine. For fiscal year 2009, Burns & McDonnell reported T&D revenue of US$179.9 million, up from $132.7 million for the prior year. Much of the revenue increase was attributed to high-voltage transmission line projects under way in the Northeastern United States and in California.
