Black & Veatch Opens Vietnam Branch
Black & Veatch (Overland Park, Kansas, U.S.) has opened an energy office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to provide support for the growing power and hydrocarbon industries in Vietnam.
“Vietnam has a large number of energy development opportunities,” said John Gustke, regional director of Southeast Asia for Black & Veatch's energy business. “We are planning to significantly increase our involvement in energy projects within the next year.”
In the Vietnam energy sector, Black & Veatch will focus on providing engineering, procurement, construction and management services to the coal and combined-cycle power industries. It is also involved in providing water infrastructure to Vietnam.
