United States: POWER Engineers Establishes New Testing Subsidiary
POWER Engineers Inc. (PEI), a long-time player in the design of transmission and distribution systems for power providers nationwide, has established a subsidiary to provide electrical equipment testing and maintenance services.
POWER Testing and Energization Inc. (PTE; Vancouver, Washington) was created from PEI's Testing and Maintenance Department that has been based in Longview, Washington, for the past 12 years. The new company became a wholly owned subsidiary of PEI on Jan. 1, 2005.
PTE (www.powerte.com) provides acceptance testing and energization services for new electrical generation, transmission and distribution facilities for power producers, electric utilities and municipal utilities throughout the United States.
