UtiliCon Solutions Acquires American Electrical Testing Co.
Asplundh Tree Expert Co. (www.asplundh.com) and its subsidiary UtiliCon Solutions Ltd. (www.utiliconltd.com) have completed a stock acquisition of American Electrical Testing Co. Inc. (AETCO; Canton, Massachusetts, U.S.).
In business for more than 30 years, AETCO's services include acceptance testing, commissioning and start-up services, engineering services, preventive- and predictive-maintenance programs and infrared surveys.
This acquisition is a win-win for UtiliCon and AETCO. UtiliCon expands the scope of services it offers to its extensive customer base, while AETCO receives the organizational and financial support required to continue its growth.
