First Impressions Count

It’s true that many visitors to the Finepoint Circuit Breaker Test and Maintenance Training Conference return each year to learn the newest technology and to see how other utilities are solving problems. The conference also hosts brand-new attendees each year; people who say they will be returning.

Following is some feedback from first-time visitors to the conference:

“This is my first visit to this conference and I really liked the format and content – well thought-out. The BEST conference/trade show that I have attended!” -- Gary Innocenti of Kanthal Globar, Amherst, New York

“I am a first-time attendee; loved the programs and learned a lot. The speakers were very clear and informative, and I shall return!” -- Bob Godbout of Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, Rutland, Vermont

“First time at conference and was impressed with the smooth flow of presentations. The Expo with the equipment and supplier vendors was great. It provided an easy forum to interface with suppliers, which I probably would not have found any other way.” -- Frank Arcury of GE Energy Services, Allentown, Pennsylvania

“This was an excellent conference. I can’t say enough good things about it -- from the Factory Tour and excellent presentations by knowledgeable professionals to the great hospitality. This was my first Finepoint Conference, but it won’t be my last, guaranteed! Thank you very much!” -- Scott A. Krohn of Dairyland Power Cooperative, LaCrosse, Wisconsin

“Very good conference. This is my first one and found it very useful, especially to network and make contacts.” -- Sheldon Boychuk of Manitoba Hydro, Gillam, Manitoba, Canada

“This is my first time attending this conference. I want to thank you for being kind enough to the utility industry to put this on every year. Please continue. We learned a lot participating in this conference.” -- Leander Tufts of Georgia Power Company, Vidalia, Georgia
