Garland Enhances Customer Service
The City of Garland, the third largest municipal utility in the state of Texas, has successfully implemented the Ventyx's (Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.) latest and most advanced customer information system (CIS)/billing solution, Customer Suite.
The City of Garland's Customer Service Department manages the billing and setup of services for the city's electric utility, as well as its water and wastewater treatment services and solid waste and recycling services, for both residential and commercial needs. To meet the growing needs of each of these departments and offer best-in-class customer service, Garland chose to replace an outdated CIS and billing system with a comprehensive customer management system.
