NSTAR Streamlines Work With MDSI's Advantex r7
NSTAR (Westwood, Massachusetts, U.S.) has selected Advantex r7 software by MDSI Mobile Data Solutions (Richmond, British Columbia, Canada) to manage service, meter, emergency and customer service work for its gas operations.
Advantex will transform largely paper-based processes for scheduling, assigning, dispatching and managing field work into a wireless real-time system. Advantex automatically schedules and dispatches work orders and helps field workers, supervisors and dispatchers record and manage their work throughout the day and report their results wirelessly.
