In the span of just 20 weeks, Excelergy Corp. (Lexington, Massachusetts, U.S.) has completed the successful deployment of Excelergy Revenue Manager at SembCorp Utilities, the utilities arm of Singapore's SembCorp Industries.
Excelergy Revenue Manager is a fully integrated billing, customer and revenue management platform that enhances customer enrollment and retention, enables personalized billing, and improves revenue management and collections in markets around the world.
The deployment of Excelergy Revenue Manager is part of SembCorp Utilities' preparations for the opening of Singapore's competitive wholesale and retail energy markets, now scheduled for early 2003.
The platform's rapid deployment and easy integration enable a client to quickly and efficiently market and sell its products and services, and more accurately bill and serve its growing number of energy/utility customers. It also provides secure access to a single, real-time billing and customer information system for all SembCorp Utilities' customer service representatives, enabling them to deliver improved customer service quality at reduced response times.
