SembCorp Utilities Awards Excelergy Project
Excelergy Corp. (Lexington, Massachusetts, U.S.) signed an agreement to provide SembCorp Utilities Pte. Ltd. (SCU, Singapore), the utilities arm of SembCorp Industries, with the Excelergy Advanced Business Package. SCU is now deploying the Customer Care &Billing and Complex Billing components.
The business package is a fully integrated customer care, billing and revenue management platform that enhances customer acquisition and retention, enables personalized billing, and improves revenue management and financial settlement. The platform's rapid deployment and easy integration will enable the utility to more efficiently market and sell products and services, and more accurately bill and serve its growing number of energy and utilities customers. It provides secure access to a single, real-time billing and customer information system for all SCU's customer service representatives.
