Excelergy Corp. (Lexington, Massachusetts) will provide Singapore's SembCorp Utilities Pte. Ltd., the utility arm of SembCorp Industries, with the Excelergy Advanced Business Package. SembCorp Utilities is now deploying the Customer Care & Billing and Complex Billing components of the Advanced Business Package.

The integrated customer care, billing and revenue management system will help the utility with customer acquisition, retention and personalized billing, and improve revenue management and financial settlement.
