Snohomish County PUD Awards Migration Project

Snohomish County Public Utility District No. 1 (Everett, Washington, U.S.) awarded speciality technology company Baymont (Clearwater, Florida, U.S.) a contract to migrate the district's existing electrical data from the current cadastral landbase to a landbase incorporating new digital orthophotography and new cadastral data.

The new combination of electrical facilities relocated to an accurate land-base will create an improved geographical information system for the district. Baymont will complete this project in its domestic geospatial data production facilities in Clearwater.

Commencing immediately, the project is scheduled for completion in a year and includes a one-month startup phase, followed by a two-month proof of concept.
