USIEnergy Inc. (Norcross, Georgia, U.S) announces the formation of USIWest, a new joint venture with CUC Multifamily Utility Solutions (Irvine, California, U.S.). USIWest will provide a full range of energy management, demand side management and utility billing services for the multifamily owners, developers and managers in the western United States.

The new entity combines CUC's West Coast billing and customer service platform with USIEnergy's advanced billing software capabilities and its energy management services and demand side management programs. USIWest will serve USIEnergy and CUC clients in the western United States through offices in Irvine, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Denver, Colorado.
