Event Report Analysis Workshop for Distribution Relays WBT 102
This workshop gives students a comprehensive overview of event report analysis methodology, tools, and techniques. Students will complete CBT 103: Analyzing Event Reports for Engineers, on their own, prior to the course. The class will then meet in a virtual training environment for two live, instructor-led sessions. Students will be expected to complete homework projects between the first and second training sessions.
The workshop will include the following topics: * Analyzing event report data to determine root cause * Troubleshooting relay operations using SEL-5601 Analytic Assistant Software * Differentiating between event report formats and applications * Discussing regulatory requirements * Exploring the benefits of analysis
Four hours of computer-based training and four hours of live, web-based training. This course includes pre-course study and homework projects. Please allow time to complete these assignments outside of class time. For more information go to www.selinc.com/selu
