360training Becomes International Association for Continuing Education, Training Authorized Provider
360training, a provider of compliance, licensing and certification training announced today it has been authorized as an International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) provider.
To achieve compliance with IACET criteria and guidelines, 360training underwent a strict evaluation of its educational processes, including two reviews by IACET's Commission and an on-site visit by an IACET Commissioner.
As an IACET Authorized Provider, 360training may grant IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and will initially offer IACET credits for its OSHA Outreach Training series covering the OSHA 500, OSHA 501, OSHA 10 hour and OSHA 30 hour courses via its reseller partners and directly online at www.oshacampus.com.
Created in 1968, IACET's mission is to promote and enhance quality in continuing education and training through research, education and continuous improvement of IACET criteria, principles, and standards.
Since 1971, 360training has provided technical skills training to the electric power industry around the globe. Over 1300 programs in 39 competency areas of transmission, distribution and generation are offered in multiple languages and mediums to improve plant operations, profitability and productivity. The courses have received recognition from the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC).
