Solar Group to Travel to Japan this Summer on Fact-Finding Mission
The Solar Electric Power Association has announced its third annual Solar Fact Finding Mission for Utilities. From July 25-30, the solar group will lead a delegation of utility executives and managers to Japan to learn about the country's experience with solar power. The group will meet with Japanese utilities, government agencies and solar companies, and will also tour commercial installations and research facilities.
There are 10 scholarships available for utility employees who can demonstrate an inability to pay the $3,000 fee.
