DOE Senior Advisor for Cyber Security To Keynote Smart Grid Cyber Security Summit East
The Smart Grid Cyber Security East Conference has announced William Hunteman, the senior advisor for Cyber Security to the U.S. Department of Energy, as the event’s keynote speaker. Taking place March 1-2, 2011 in Knoxville, Tennessee, this event is a business technology conference focused exclusively on cyber security and smart grid infrastructure.
“The intention this conference is to educate and inform stakeholders and create an environment where networking and collaboration can take root and real-world solutions discussed,” said Mike Ahmadi, conference chairman.
The Smart Grid Cyber Security East Conference, the second event in an ongoing series of executive conferences, is sponsored by Itron, NXP Semiconductors, Green Hills Software, SafeNet Inc., Alert Enterprise, GraniteKey, GridWise Alliance, EnergySec and other organizations in the smart grid and cyber security community.
