Run of River Power Inc. Receives Letter of Guarantee for Skookum Power Project Transmission Line

Run of River Power Inc. has received a letter of guarantee of a tenure from the British Columbia, Canada, Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resources Operations. The Ministry will be issuing Sea to Sky Power Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of ROR, a Land Act tenure for transmission line purposes for the Skookum Power Project. This will complete the Land Tenure and License of Occupations requirements to construct the Skookum Creek Power Project, a 25-MW hydroelectric project.

The company helps diversify BC's energy mix by providing a cleaner way to generate power and increasing the security of BC's energy supply. ROR Power operates an Eco Logo© certified hydroelectric power generation station at Brandywine Creek, near Whistler, BC that provides green power for about 4,000 homes. With a total development potential of approximately 400 MW, the company is well positioned for profitable growth.
