Entergy Announces Customer Information Center Locations
Beginning today, Entergy Texas employees will staff Customer Information Centers throughout Southeast to provide customers information about the massive power restoration currently under way.
"We know customers are hungry for information about what our crews are doing to get their electricity flowing again," said Vernon Pierce, director of customer service for Entergy Texas. "These centers will give customers a chance to talk to an Entergy representative face to face and learn more about where crews are working."
Customers probably won't be able to get a specific time when their service will be restored, Pierce said, but they should appreciate information about the status of the storm restoration process in their communities and neighborhoods.
