FCI-Burndy to Support Hurricane Katrina Relief Effort
Hurricane Katrina has caused incredible devastation in many parts of the South and adversely affected many people. Helping those people recover will require support from many organizations and individuals. FCI - BURNDY® Products will join the business community in their efforts to reach out to help the victims of this devastating hurricane.
Effective Tuesday, Sept. 6, through Tuesday, Sept. 20, FCI - BURNDY employees wishing to make a donation were able do so by giving a check made payable to the American Red Cross. FCI - BURNDY will match the donations dollar for dollar up to an additional contribution by the company of $10,000. While the total contribution will be a fraction of the overall support needed by the survivors of this tragedy, we are sure that our donation will be helping those who clearly are in need.
