Vote on the finalists in our Ugly Pole Competition, a way for us to have some fun while promoting underground transmission as a more viable alternative to above-ground power-delivery. In many cities, overhead transmission lines are considered unsightly and unwelcome. In national parks, they are almost impossible to build. The company provides engineering and construction services to take high-voltage transmission lines underground, thus preserving the beauty and history of parks, beaches and downtown business districts.
