The Nortech TT, a simplified and cost-effective fiber optic temperature monitoring system for accurate and direct winding temperature measurement, is intended to meet the needs of lower rated power and distribution transformers. It is available with or without a large and easy to read led display. Equipped with RS-232 and RS-485 ports, it offers a standard MODBUS (ASCII, RTU) communication designed for easy integration to existing substation platforms. The signal conditioner also offers standard analog outputs. All operational parameters are easily programmable using the RS-232 port and the company’s Windows™ based software.
