Disaster Recovery: Lessons from the Field
When a major disaster strikes a utility, restoration of service is a priority for the utility and customers alike. Planning is essential, but lessons are always learned from the actual work.
This special-interest session, on Tuesday, April 20, 1 p.m to 3 p.m. in Room 296, will present some lessons learned in the field from people who led the recovery after a disaster. Shelby Grosz of Entergy will lead the session.
