Electrabel Implements New Retail Platform
LogicaCMG has announced the successful and on-time live operation of the New Retail Platform (NRP) to support Electrabel's energy supply business.
As prime contractor, LogicaCMG has worked with Electrabel to design, implement a fully integrated SAP CRM, IS-U, and Business Warehouse solution made for today's competitive energy supply businesses. NRP supports 2.5 million customers and can be expanded to cover the entire Electrabel customer base of 4 million. In terms of number of customers, this is the largest live integrated SAP solution in the world, according to LogicaCMG.
