Indianapolis Utility to Use Energy Softworx for Fuels Management

Indianapolis Power & Light Company (IPL) has entered into a software license agreement to use Energy Softworx fuels management software (Fuelworx) to manage fuel supply operations.

The implementation of good fuels management and accounting software is essential for streamlining our business processes and capitalizing on best practices, said Dennis Dininger, IPLs director of fuel supply. After an intensive examination of the fuels management software solutions available in the marketplace, we selected Energy Softworx because we felt they offered the best of breed software solution from a functional and technical standpoint. They had excellent customer references and their knowledge of the fuels management business was impressive."
