LeT, Sapient to Provide Back Office Integration

LeT Systems and Sapient will provide utility customers with the software and IT services required to achieve integration with their back office systems. By leveraging LeT’s eRespond decision support tools and Sapient’s deployment methodology, utilities customers will realize faster, more accurate delivery of complex back office integration initiatives.

"This partnership will enable us to extend our implementation capability to a wider customer base,” said Paul Ryan, vice president of sales and alliances, LeT Systems. “Sapient can provide utility customers with a smooth exchange between valuable outage, operations, asset and customer data that resides in the eRespond system and in the data resident of other systems.”

“Companies want to find new ways to extract value from the massive amounts of information stored within their organizations. With the eRespond technology, we are further strengthening our ability to help our clients unlock the value in their information and make decisions in a timelier manner,” said Rob Milstead, director of Sapient’s Utilities practice. “The event and outage management capability of eRespond complements many of the utility projects we have delivered, in billing, planned maintenance and work management systems, and we are excited to extend the value of those systems by closely integrating with network operations.”
