| The official Rodeo hotels for 2012 are the host hotel, the Sheraton Overland Park at the Convention Center, the Overland Park Marriott, the Hilton Garden Inn-Convention Center, Holiday Inn - Convention Center, and Embassy Suites. They are our preferred hotels that work with and support the Rodeo. Please note: It is important to the Rodeo to use these Hotels since we have rooming contracts with them. They give us special rates and rebates so we can pay for the buses. It is very important that you identify yourself and others as being with the International Lineman's Rodeo when making your reservation. Instructions for contacting them are listed below. Please make your reservations directly with the hotels. Rooms are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note the cutoff date for room blocks and special room rates are listed below. Please call the Overland Park Convention & Visitors Bureau at 800-262-7275 should you have further questions about accommodations. Credit card information is required to guarantee reservation, or send a check for one night's lodging directly to the hotel after receiving confirmation. All reservations will be held until 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you wish to have your room held for late arrival, please provide the appropriate credit card information to guarantee your room. All hotels require a room deposit or credit card guarantee 14 days prior to your arrival. Should you desire a block of rooms and don't know the occupants' names, please use a BLOCK REQUEST. Rooms will be reserved under the name of the individual requesting the reservations. You will receive one acknowledgment per room requested. Your rooming list of occupants will then need to be sent to that hotel 30 days prior to the actual Rodeo date.
