A Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative team based in Cuero, Texas, works on a project to upgrade a two-phase #4 aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) line to a three-phase #4 ACSR line to feed several oil wells. Many of the oil wells are already on-line and many more will come online in the near future.
