KUA Selects the Entire ArcFM Solution
Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA; Kissimmee, Florida, U.S.) has chosen Miner & Miner's (Fort Collins, Colorado, U.S.) ArcFM technology to modernize its business operations and improve facilities asset management. KUA completed data conversion for the project in-house in only three months. In July, KUA went live with ArcFM and is currently in the process of completing the implementation of the remaining ArcFM applications, including Designer, Responder, Network Adapter, Conduit Manager, and ArcFM Viewer. KUA plans to have the entire ArcFM Solution rolled out by December. As a participant in the Responder Early Adopter Program, KUA will be among the initial utilities to deploy Responder based on ArcGIS 8.
