Pinnacle West Subsidiary Selects iMedeon Solution
The Arizona Public Service (APS) subsidiary of Pinnacle West (Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.) has selected iMedeon's (Alpharetta, Georgia, U.S.) iM:Work wireless and Web-based field service management solution for providing improved customer service and reduced field service costs. Implementation of the solution began in October.
The open-system wireless platform will provide integrated work-schedule optimization, dispatching, back-office information access to field technicians wirelessly, field work order execution and real-time upload of field data to APS' legacy systems. The iM:Work Analyzer reporting capability will provide dispatchers and managers with important information reports that will lead to further customer service improvements.
