Singapore/United States: Singapore Utility Deploys Excelery System
Excelergy Corp. (Lexington, Massachusetts) has signed an agreement to provide Singapore's SembCorp Utilities Pte. Ltd., the utilities arm of SembCorp Industries, with the Excelergy Advanced Business Package. The integrated customer care, billing and revenue management system will help the utility with customer acquisition and retention, personalized billing, and improve revenue management and financial settlement.
