Transmission Project Database Available
The C Three Group (Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.) has released a transmission project database. The “U.S. Electric Transmission Projects: Planned, Announced and Under Construction Database” identifies transmission line projects throughout the United States and provides details about the location, the ownership and the status of each as it moves through the planning, permitting, siting and construction processes.
The company searches through the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, independent system operators (ISO) including the California ISO, regional transmission organizations, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission logs, state regulatory documents and environmental filings. The database is continually updated and includes other specifics such as the size and scale of the project, initial public filings, state commission filings, maps, the expected cost and the expected completion date.
