Key features of the new JA-R series wood crossarm braces are: reversible underarm style; preservative-treated Apitong wood for resistance to fungus, insects and environmental attack; and high strength, corrosion resistant aluminum alloy end fittings. The new JA-R series wood crossarm braces are engineered to provide a lightweight, durable, inexpensive wood brace that offers superior performance and years of service life. The new braces replace the old J47xxR series of braces that had bolted galvanized end fittings.
