Chain-Style Ratchet Cutter
In this chain-style ratchet cutter the chain is stored above the handle, which maintains dielectric integrity of the handles. Typically, other cutters of this type have the conductive mechanism inside the handles. The OSHA tested fiber glass handles meet ASTM F-711. The ratchet mechanism is chain driven, which increases mechanical advantage and the Ratchet mechanism can be used with short strokes.
