4RF will showcase its SCADA radio products and announce new technologies at DistribuTECH, taking place at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, from Feb. 3-5, 2015. One of the highlights at its booth (#3935) will be the APRISA SR+, point-to-multipoint radio, demonstrating high capacity and security.
The Aprisa SR+ is the highest capacity licensed narrowband point-to-multipoint radio, delivering more than 200 kbit/s in 50 kHz channels for the most data-intensive applications with little to no compromise in operating range. With a narrower 12.5 kHz channel the Aprisa SR+ provides up to 60 kbit/s, with greater range than its competitors that operate in one-third the data rate.

The embedded NIST standard AES and CCM based encryption and authentication provides both message information confidentiality as well as message integrity, to protect against ‘man in the middle’ attacks.
