Systems & Software, Inc. has completed installation and successfully launched its enQuesta CIS software for the Marquette Board of Light and Power (MBLP), Marquette, Michigan. MBLP, which services roughly 15,000 customers in and around Marquette, covers the largest geographic territory of any municipal electric utility in the state of Michigan. The new agreement with MBLP follows right after Systems & Software implemented a series of system upgrades for several long-standing customers in the water utilities sector who decided to replace their existing systems and expand the relationship with Systems & Software.
MBLP's challenge was the need to complete many daily processes from posting payments to the printing of refund checks manually. MBLP is pleased with the automation Systems & Software's integrated software suite enQuesta offers, including improved navigational ease for enhanced customer service functions and many other efficiency features, such as Internet e-commerce customer service capabilities (i.e. electronic bill and payment/processing).
