Through the application of smart business integration, UISOL has helped more than 40 utility industry companies improve service and reliability performance with effective systems integration and business process management.

As a group, the UISOL team of outage management experts has participated in the delivery of OMS systems to over 60 utilities around the world and team members have been individually involved in OMS system deployments to 16 of the top 30 investor-owned utilities in North America. UISOL Chief Technology Officer Scott Neumann and Terry Nielsen are both members of the original founding management team of the former CES International (now Oracle).

Since 2007, UISOL has been engaged in an ongoing OMS services and maintenance support contract with Kansas City Power & Light (KCPL), a subsidiary of Great Plains Energy. Previously, UISOL supported the delivery of integration services between KCPL’s Oracle OMS and its Intergraph mobile work management system.
