BPA Install of Transmission Line: Hole Digging

After the blasting activities are completed, how are the native soil conditions determined so that the H-Frames foundation can be calculated / determined? I would think that the blasting activities would significantly "disturb" the remaining native soil into a condition that would be difficult to determine for the H-FAD design and / or other foundation calculations.

There's are significant andvantage to utilizing a Heli portable drill system for construction in LAA designated by BLM that would mitigate disturbing native soil conditions.
