If you're a municipal arborist let me know. If you're a member of the public, a ratepayer, etc. then state that. By knowing this information I can tailor the answer to the questioner. For example, if you work for a utility or one of its contractors, I can expect you know electrical hardware and know you are not confusing cable or a service drop with primary conductors. If you are an arborist then there are terms I can use with you that would not serve in answering a question from the public.
