Karsten Schulz ([email protected]) is a supervising vegetation program manager for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). He has worked in utility vegetation management since 2000 and has held a variety of positions in operations and quality assurance. He holds a BS in Forestry from the University of Applied Sciences, Eberswalde, Germany; is a Certified Arborist/Utility Specialist with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
