Traditionally, during the International Lineman's Rodeo Week, we gather together for a BBQ feast the night before the day of competition on the Rodeo grounds. As linemen, their families and friends all know, food brings people together.
To celebrate the camaraderie of the line trade and the fun of the BBQ, we created a special cookbook for Lineman Celebration Week. A wide variety of contributors---from linemen and their families to exhibitors and members of the Endeavor Business sales, marketing and editorial team--submitted recipes for the eBook. The caterer for the Lineman's Rodeo BBQ, Fiorella's Jack Stack, even sent in their recipe for their creamy coleslaw.
