Game Time: 2021 Lineman's Rodeo Competition

Oct. 18, 2021
After practicing for months for the live event, the competitors put their skills into practice on the big day.

The International Lineman's Rodeo, now in its 37th year, gives apprentice and journeymen linemen the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of their peers and loved ones.

On a crisp and cool morning in October, as the sounds of the national anthem resounded through the Rodeo grounds, you could feel the energy of the competitors, who were ready to get back into action.

Here are a few snapshots of the apprentices and journeymen linemen competing at the 2021 International Lineman's Rodeo. If you have any photos of your teams or apprentices competing that you would like to add to this gallery, please email them to Field Editor Amy Fischbach
