The 2024 IEEE PES Transmission and Distribution Conference and Expo opened up May 6 with a reception in the Disneyland Hotel. While the final numbers are still being calculated, the event had more than 13,750 registrations and 850+ exhibitors.
T&D World editors looked in on educational sessions and explored the show floor. Common topics of conversation concerned prolonging equipment life, sustainability, undergrounding and new builds. Here we share some of the sights of the show in Anaheim.
