Lincolnshire, Illinois, December 16, 2008 — Barry MacLean, CEO and Chairman of the MacLean-Fogg Companies, announced the appointment of Tom Smith as President and CEO MacLean Power Systems.

As the major shareholder of MacLean Power Systems, Barry stated, "Tom Smith, with his many years of proven and successful experience in the worldwide utility business will continue the excellent growth record of MacLean Power Systems previously led by Dominic DiFilippo, who is retiring at year-end 2008." “Further,” MacLean said, "Tom Smith has, for the past seven years, led Hubbell Power Systems in expansion of its North American sales as well as internationally, particularly in Brazil, Mexico, and China. We look forward to significant additional growth with Tom's leadership at MacLean Power Systems."
