Clayton Clem
Clayton Clem is vice president of transmission strategic projects and initiatives at TVA. He is responsible for several projects, including grid-resiliency initiatives across TVA’s system, and also heads continuous improvement initiatives that include streamlining TVA’s transmission assets with a focus on bulk electric reliability and inventory initiatives to support emergency operations. He holds a BSCE degree and an MSE degree (mechanical) and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Tennessee. He has 39 years of experience in the power industry and is a ASCE-SEI Fellow.
