Galen Fecht

Galen Fecht ([email protected]) joined the utility industry and RS Technologies, a manufacturer of fiber-reinforced polymer composite utility poles, in 2008. He is the director of technical service and international sales. Fecht leads RS’s involvement with various industry groups, including IEEE, Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), CEATI International, CIGRE and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where he currently serves as the committee chair for Manual of Practice 104, Recommended Practice for Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Products for Overhead Utility Line Structures.
