Document imaging software creator DocuLex has released Office Capture, the company's paper-to-electronic document conversion, content indexing and image processing program. This enhanced version includes simplified usability and direct export capability to most prominent information management systems including DocuLex's WebSearch and Desktop Search, providing rapid access of must-keep documentation.

DocuLex Office Capture is a Windows-based, open-system formatted program, and is easy to operate for document imaging beginners while flexible for experienced users. The program supports SCSI & TWAIN-driven desktop and production scanners, as well as high-speed multifunctional copier/printer/scanner units, and is compatible with most prominent document management systems.
DocuLex Office Capture enables the complete document imaging spectrum, including scanning, content indexing, image quality control, optical character recognition (OCR) conversion, image coding and endorsing, electronic document conversion (PDF Image + Text, TIFF or JPG formatting), printing and export capabilities.
After the imaging process, the custom-named document files may be exported and stored on a local or offsite server or CD-ROM in a user-determined file foldering structure for convenient organization and quick secure-access from any location.
