The VP-1 Voltage Probe by HD Electric Co. is designed to be used as a handheld direct contact secondary voltage detector from 50VAC to 600VAC and as a proximity voltage detector for higher voltages. The VP-1 is always on and gives a flashing red light and beeping indication when voltage is detected.
Features include:
Detects voltages from 50VAC to 600VAC
Detects the presence of voltage on underground equipment test points or other energized equipment
Flashing red light and beeper indicates when voltage is present
Always on - no on/off switch
Kit is available, includes tester to test the VP-1 for proper operation
